  • Woodstock Properties, Inc. collects the monthly rents from the tenant.
  • Monthly net rents are electronically transferred directly into your bank account. There is no hold on these payments as with a check, therefore your funds will be made available sooner.
  • The last statement of the year provides property owners with an end-of-the-year accounting summary for assistance in tax preparation.
  • The federally required 1099 Miscellaneous Income Form will be prepared and sent to you by January 31th.
