• As a property owner, you are able to create your own password on a secure website allowing you to view and/or print your monthly statements online from the convenience of your home or office.
• Past statements are automatically archived providing you with convenient, paperless storage. Yet all that information is readily available for referencing and year-end tax preparation.
• Monthly invoices are scanned and available via your on-line statement account.
• Woodstock Properties, Inc. collects the monthly rents from the tenant.
• Monthly net rents are electronically transferred directly into your bank account. There is no hold on these payments as with a check, therefore your funds will be made available sooner.
• The last statement of the year provides property owners with an end-of-the-year accounting summary for assistance in tax preparation.
• The federally required 1099 Miscellaneous Income Form will be prepared and sent to you by January 31st.
• All property related expenses are reviewed and paid on time for the owner.
• Payment of your General Excise Taxes, tailored to your individual financial obligation to the state of Hawaii, can be made on your behalf, for a nominal annual fee.
• With every vacating tenant, security deposit accounting is completed within the required timeframe as mandated by Hawaii state law.
