Linda C. “Dusty” Woodstock, is the 1st Aloha ‘Aina Award winner for property management and for real estate sales. She has been a driving force in Hawaii’s real estate industry for over 40 years. She founded a successful full service Residential Real Estate and Property management company in 1990 and after 30 years, in 2020, she merged her company with Horita Realty LLC.
The Aloha ‘Aina REALTOR® Awards Program, which began in 1998, honors and publicly recognizes each year, ten REALTORS® who excel in the real estate profession, have gone above and beyond in service to their clients and who maintain the highest ethical standards. This Awards Program is sponsored by Honolulu Board of REALTORS®, First Hawaiian Bank and the Honolulu Star-Advertiser Newspaper and nominations are only accepted from the public at large.
She has excelled as a real estate broker and gained an outstanding reputation for results. Dusty holds the professional designation RMP, offered by the National Association of Residential Property Managers. In 1994, she was awarded the Certified Real Estate Broker (CRB) designation, the highest award a real estate broker can receive. Dusty also holds the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) credential, earned by only 5% of all realtors in the nation. As President and CEO of Horita Realty LLC, Dusty has trained and mentored her select staff of real estate professionals who share the same commitment and loyalty to her clients and tenants.
